Return & Exchanges

All sales of any item are final. All items strictly cannot be refunds. If your received item is defective, incorrect or wish to exchange size, please do tell us within 3 business days after you received your item. If you did not notify us within 3-business day, we will have any right to refuse your request.

Please drop us an email on contact@veavie.com. Please state your order number and the exchange details ( size or defect item ) as the email subject and provide us with the details you wish to exchange.

We will do our best to accommodate exchange sizes or the defect item with the same product according to its availability and it may take few weeks to complete due to our limited pieces (if the products aren’t available at that time).

Customers shall bear full responsibility in ensuring items mailed back are packed, secured properly in the original packaging with the tags still attached. Items must be returned unworn and unwashed. The receipt must be included in the package. We are not responsible for any lost mails during this return process. Any items that are soiled or damaged will be return back to the sender.

Customers are highly recommended to deliver the item by mailing, which allows tracking. We will not process return if the item did not reach to us.
